Welcome to the Northfield County Office of Records & Permit Administration. This office is responsible for the intake, review, and archival storage of Form 27-B applications, secondary amendments to Form 14, and requests for reissuance of lapsed Category C permits.
Effective the 1st of the fiscal quarter, all Form 27-B submissions must include a notarized Statement of Continued Intent (Appendix H), regardless of whether the original application included such a statement. Applications lacking Appendix H will be returned to the applicant for correction and re-submission through the standard intake queue.
Office hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:15 PM. The office is closed on the second Monday of each month for internal filing review.
